Chafing Dishes
- Light sterno for your chafing dishes 30 minutes before use - start with hot water if possible - and check them often to make sure they remain lit.
- Extra food pans will save time and energy. Keep backup pans full and hot for easy switchout when your buffet is getting low.
- Place chafers at an angle on your buffet for a more interesting look.
- Don't forget the serving pieces! We carry serving forks, spoons, tongs and spatulas. When ordering, tell us your menu and we can help make sure you get the right pieces.

Trays
- We cary many styles of trays and platters including silver, porcelain, mirror, and granite. Use a variety of styles and shapes to create your buffet.
- Mirror tray can be used as centerpieces or for food service.
- Place trays at different heights across your buffet. It's the eye that will first draw your guests to your buffet. Treat your guest's eyes as well as their stomachs, to create a memorable event!

Remember! Food, especially acidic food, can damage silver and other metal trays if left for extended periods of time. Rinse immediately after use to avoid damage.
